Lead People Experience across New Zealand, the UK, and the US. Coach people leaders, strengthen high-performance culture, run performance, promotion, compensation, and engagement programs, and own the employee lifecycle and employee relations. Support international growth, ensure compliance with local employment laws, use people data to guide decisions, and lead one direct report covering People and Workplace Experience.

Own full-cycle recruiting for US roles, partnering with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, engage and close exceptional candidates, and deliver structured hiring processes. Build talent pipelines, track recruiting metrics, improve tools and workflows, strengthen employer branding, and represent Partly in talent communities and industry events. Collaborate with the global Talent team to scale recruiting practices and infrastructure during rapid international growth.

Own relationships with US multi-site collision repair operators, leading customer onboarding, training, pilot adoption, issue resolution, and network-wide rollouts. Work directly with estimators, shop managers, parts staff, and regional leaders to drive usage of PartlyRepair AI. Track account health and operational outcomes, communicate customer feedback internally, and use customer data to demonstrate value and support expansion.
