The Lead Software Solutions Architect designs cloud-native solutions, guides technical decisions, mentors teams, and drives innovation while ensuring quality and scalability.

Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data storage (lakes/warehouses); integrate, validate, and transform data; develop Tableau dashboards and optimized data models; support AI/ML data workflows (feature engineering, tokenization, vector stores); collaborate with stakeholders; write tests and documentation; participate in agile processes and continuous improvement.

Work with engineering and product teams to embed quality from design through production: define test strategy, write and maintain automated UI/API/contract/integration tests (TypeScript/Puppeteer), use AI-assisted testing, run security and accessibility checks, maintain CI/CD quality gates, monitor post-deploy health, report defects and quality metrics, and mentor junior QAs.
