The Junior Procurement/Sourcing Analyst role involves sourcing hard-to-find parts, managing supplier data, and improving sourcing processes in a fast-paced environment.

Remote internship working directly with founders across Procurement, Marketing, Sales, Data Analytics, or Logistics. Owns meaningful projects—supplier sourcing and negotiations, marketing campaigns, lead generation and CRM work, dashboards and automations, logistics lane setup and analysis—collaborating cross-functionally and receiving mentorship from leadership.

Support day-to-day order, supplier, and logistics operations for a growing heavy-machinery parts marketplace. Ensure accurate order processing, monitor lead times and service levels, coordinate with Procurement and Logistics to resolve issues, identify bottlenecks, document and improve workflows and SOPs, maintain clean ERP and operations data, and help scale operations as volumes grow.
