Support daily operations across orders, suppliers, and logistics. Coordinate order processing, monitor status and service levels, resolve issues, maintain accurate ERP data, document workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements as operations scale.

Remote internship working directly with founders across Procurement, Marketing, Sales, Data Analytics, or Logistics. Owns meaningful projects—supplier sourcing and negotiations, marketing campaigns, lead generation and CRM work, dashboards and automations, logistics lane setup and analysis—collaborating cross-functionally and receiving mentorship from leadership.

Source and onboard suppliers for agricultural and heavy equipment parts, negotiate terms, place and track orders, maintain supplier records, coordinate with customer service, escalate issues, and improve sourcing and fulfillment processes.
