As a Principal Engineer, you'll lead product development with a focus on high-quality outputs, AI integration, and infrastructure management while mentoring the team and contributing to hiring.

Lead the clinical product roadmap to reduce administrative burden and improve care-team efficiency. Partner with clinicians, ops, engineering, and design to discover workflow problems, build and roll out EMR and clinician-facing tooling, evaluate vendors, guide build/buy decisions, drive adoption and training, and measure impact on time spent on care versus administration.

Provide virtual primary care via a HIPAA-compliant telemedicine platform, delivering personalized care, mentoring and overseeing care team members, completing timely documentation, participating in program development, and dedicating one day weekly to admin, lab review, and special projects.
