As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will design and maintain ML infrastructure, build efficient data pipelines, optimize resources, and collaborate with data scientists to enhance ML solutions.

Coordinate end-to-end international payroll across Spain, UK, Colombia, Argentina, and Portugal via external providers. Collect, validate, and submit payroll inputs; review calculations and reconcile reports; prepare approval files and payment instructions; ensure compliance with local regulations; manage payroll onboarding/offboarding and employee registrations; act as main contact for payroll-related employee queries on payslips, taxes, social security, and leave.

Design, build, and operate scalable, resilient systems on Azure; lead migration to managed services and Micronaut; improve observability, alerting, and on-call practices; automate CI/CD and infrastructure provisioning; manage incidents and post-incident reviews; develop shared SRE tooling and mentor junior engineers; contribute to SRE/platform strategy and roadmap.
