Collaborates with Product Marketing, Design, Communications, Sales, and other teams on integrated marketing initiatives.

Leads strategic business development partnerships with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies worldwide. Identifies and closes complex opportunities for GigaLab services and custom solutions, manages customer relationships, negotiates agreements, and drives revenue growth. Collaborates with Sales, Scientific Partnerships, Product Management, R&D, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations. Conducts market research, maintains sales forecasts, and represents the company at conferences and customer events.

Lead and manage all site operations for the Seattle manufacturing and HQ site, ensuring production performance, quality and regulatory compliance, financial results, continuous improvement, workforce and capacity planning, EHS, and cross-functional leadership to scale the facility through growth and inspections readiness.
