Provides administrative and staff support to senior leadership in a DoD/IC environment. Responsibilities include processing correspondence and awards, managing records, coordinating travel and meetings, maintaining SharePoint resources, supporting calendars and logistics, and providing backup executive assistance. The role requires strong communication, records management, travel coordination, and an active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.

Designs and maintains enterprise Databricks and AWS Lakehouse data pipelines, ETL processes, and Bronze-Silver-Gold data models. Optimizes performance through partitioning, bucketing, and caching; analyzes legacy SQL; validates rebuilt pipelines; and applies Python, PySpark, AI-assisted coding, and data science techniques. Supports data security, compliance, troubleshooting, and delivery of analytics-ready data for a federal client.
