Supports lumber sales by preparing quotes, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, managing customer accounts, and monitoring construction material schedules. Builds customer relationships, pursues sales goals, performs material takeoffs, manages purchase orders and returns, confirms inventory and deliveries, and communicates with customers, vendors, dispatch, and internal teams. The role also provides in-store customer assistance and maintains accurate pricing, order, and account records.

Facilitates single-line billing for purchase-order customers by setting up jobs, validating billing sheets, tracking dates, reconciling invoices to purchase orders, and processing true-ups. Supports customer billing, rebates, supplier agreements, profitability reporting, training, process improvements, and sales administration. Works closely with sales, account management, contractors, and leadership while providing customer service and maintaining accurate records.

Support lumber sales team by creating quotes, processing orders, managing construction schedules, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring timely deliveries and inventory, using CRM/MES/DDMS, and performing clerical and customer-facing duties to meet sales goals and company procedures.
