Coordinates Single Line Billing for purchase-order customers by setting up jobs, validating billing sheets, tracking billing dates, reconciling invoices to purchase orders, processing customer billing, and submitting true-ups. Supports sales and account management teams, prepares monthly profitability and sales recaps, and provides customer service while maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.

Supports lumber sales by preparing quotes, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, managing customer accounts, and monitoring construction material schedules. Builds customer relationships, pursues sales goals, performs material takeoffs, manages purchase orders and returns, confirms inventory and deliveries, and communicates with customers, vendors, dispatch, and internal teams. The role also provides in-store customer assistance and maintains accurate pricing, order, and account records.

Receives and verifies yard inventory against purchase orders and packing slips, inspects materials for damage, documents discrepancies, updates the ERP system, and coordinates vendor returns. Organizes staging and special-order areas, assists with inventory variance resolution and physical counts, operates a forklift safely, and supports purchasing, bookkeeping, and yard teams. The role also requires outdoor work, lifting up to 50 pounds, accurate recordkeeping, effective communication, and adherence to safety procedures.
