Manages the final stage of personal injury settlements by verifying liens, subrogation claims, medical balances, and reimbursement amounts. Negotiates reductions with insurers and providers, prepares settlement distribution packets, enters settlement data into the Medicare portal, maintains case records, and ensures accurate, timely client disbursements. The role also tracks performance metrics, updates case statuses, and collaborates with settlement leadership.

Sources, attracts, screens, and recommends candidates for firm openings. Maintains candidate pipelines, tracking spreadsheets, job postings, application files, and interview notes. Conducts initial screening interviews, coordinates interview scheduling, develops sourcing channels, and attends recruiting events and job fairs. Reports to the Recruiting Director and supports recurring recruiting projects while meeting weekly candidate outreach and qualification goals.

Manages employee relations cases, complaint investigations, benefits administration, terminations, COBRA notices, performance documentation, and compliance. Serves as a confidential, neutral resource for employees; coordinates with leadership, payroll, benefits carriers, legal counsel, and IT. Tracks case resolution, regulatory deadlines, employee trends, and workplace survey programs while ensuring accurate records and timely follow-through.
