Manage provider billing and insurance coordination to maximize client recovery: submit claims, verify balances, request ledgers, monitor KPIs in SmartAdvocate, and support settlement distribution timelines while attending regular team huddles and meetings.

Conduct legal research on New Mexico personal injury, premises liability, damages, coverage, and procedural issues. Monitor relevant legal developments and draft motions, briefs, memoranda, discovery analyses, and pleadings. Collaborate with trial attorneys and team leads to anticipate defenses, support settlement and mediation, strengthen case strategy, and deliver timely, well-supported written work. The position requires no court appearances and is eligible for Albuquerque-area or remote candidates.

Conducts legal research on New Mexico personal injury and premises liability law, monitors case-law and statutory developments, and drafts motions, briefs, memoranda, discovery analysis, and pleadings. Supports trial attorneys with case strategy, defense-argument analysis, settlement negotiations, mediation, and trial preparation. Collaborates across case teams while delivering accurate, timely written work. The role is Monday through Friday, remote-eligible, and requires no court appearances.
