Supervise customer service operations at parking facilities by greeting and assisting customers, helping with kiosk payments and online vouchers, directing vehicles, enforcing parking rules, maintaining clean work areas, reporting equipment or facility issues, and communicating with management. The role requires a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and may involve standing for extended periods and performing additional site-support duties.

Supervise overnight parking operations across multiple locations, ensuring adequate staffing, service quality, customer satisfaction, revenue accuracy, paperwork completion, and safety compliance. The role coaches team members, responds to customer and equipment issues, audits site documentation, monitors coverage, handles keys and vehicles with integrity, and escalates incidents or operational problems. The supervisor works independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professional client and customer relationships.

Manage assigned parking accounts, including operations, account transitions, staffing, customer service, budgets, P&L, procurement, reporting, marketing execution, compliance, recruiting, training, and employee development. Identify new business opportunities, perform due diligence and underwriting, and provide administrative support while maintaining company values and service standards.
