Full-time Receptionist responsible for greeting customers, answering and routing incoming calls, operating the dealership paging system, screening calls, taking detailed messages, maintaining the phone directory, addressing phone-system issues with IT, and performing assigned clerical duties.

Sell Kia vehicles by assisting customers through the purchasing process, conducting product demonstrations and test drives, following up with leads, maintaining CRM activities, completing paperwork, coordinating with finance and service teams, and meeting sales and customer satisfaction goals. The role also includes post-delivery follow-up, training participation, and maintaining compliance with automobile sales laws and dealership policies.

Manages vehicle finance and insurance transactions, including lender submissions, deal structuring, customer financing products, contracts, compliance paperwork, funding, and collections. Maintains lender relationships, verifies titles, liens, taxes, incentives, and finance documentation. Supports sales managers, trains sales staff, tracks deal performance, ensures ethical regulatory compliance, and supervises backup coverage.

Oversee accounting operations for an automotive dealership, including financial reporting, general ledger, billing, receivables, payables, compliance, budgeting, audits, internal controls, and forecasting. Partner with leadership to improve profitability and efficiency while supervising, mentoring, and developing accounting staff.
