Responsibilities include product demonstrations, test drives, CRM follow-up, sales documentation, delivery preparation, post-sale support, and developing repeat and referral business. The role requires meeting monthly sales goals, completing manufacturer training, following automotive sales regulations, collaborating across dealership departments, and working in person, including weekends and varying outdoor conditions.

Prepare, organize, and scan finance documents for customer and lender signatures; enter financial data into systems; send and follow up on loan paperwork; assist customers via phone; and securely store documents.
