Maintain accurate financial records for multiple dealerships: prepare/post journal entries, reconcile GL accounts, process manufacturer statements and floorplan accounts, post daily banking, support month-end close, audits, and process improvements while collaborating with controllers and dealership staff.

Sell pre-owned vehicles to meet a minimum 12-unit monthly quota. Follow dealership sales procedures, process paperwork, coordinate with finance and aftermarket teams, prepare vehicles for delivery, use CRM for follow-up, attend training, ensure customer satisfaction, and comply with retail auto sales laws.

Process and organize dealership paperwork, review documents for accuracy, assist with vehicle sales and registration documentation, maintain filing systems, communicate with internal departments, and perform general administrative duties to support dealership operations.
