Operates ultrasound equipment in a high-volume acute care setting to perform routine and moderately complex diagnostic scans. Evaluates image quality, documents exam findings and charge data, identifies normal and abnormal anatomy, ensures patient safety, maintains equipment, follows infection prevention protocols, and collaborates with physicians and senior technologists. Requires sonography education, specialty credentials, and current BLS certification.

Supervises hospital supply chain operations, including receiving, dock management, inventory, asset management, warehousing, vendor transfers, and supply distribution. Leads a 24/7 staff through hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and development. Oversees inventories, utilization reporting, safety and quality compliance, KPI documentation, budgeting, customer coordination, and process improvements.

Codes, abstracts, and reviews charges for emergency, outpatient, observation, surgery, specialty clinic, and inpatient OB/newborn encounters. Assigns ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, HCC, HEDIS, E/M, and modifier codes for accurate billing and reimbursement. Reviews documentation, resolves discrepancies, maintains coding accuracy and productivity standards, supports coding staff, and ensures compliance with regulations and organizational policies. The position is fully virtual and limited to candidates in Texas, Arkansas, Wisconsin, or Florida.
