Lead internal activities for a 12-month NetSuite implementation: own internal project plan, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendor, manage risks, budget, testing, data migration, change management, cutover readiness, and handover to operations. Provide governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely delivery and operational adoption.

Support finance, operations, and IT by administering core tools (Monday.com, Float, TravelPerk), performing transaction review, reconciliations, month-end support, financial reporting, and office administration. Coordinate onboarding/offboarding equipment, tenant billings, and vendor logistics while improving workflows, preparing analyses, and collaborating across teams in a hybrid environment.

Lead development and execution of a national partnership strategy, build and manage partner portfolios across healthcare, community, government and private sectors, operationalize scalable partnership models, establish governance and risk frameworks, create referral pathways to improve care access, and use data and partner insights to expand and refine the ecosystem.

Manage Parkinson Canada’s email program and website content: plan, build, test, deploy, and optimize email campaigns; maintain CMS-driven web pages; coordinate cross-team requests; monitor performance and recommend improvements to drive engagement, fundraising, advocacy, and community outcomes.
