Lead regional sustainability strategy and provide early-stage input on projects. Serve as Sustainability Lead on assigned projects, mentor staff, coordinate with consultants, track regional performance against firmwide targets, and support client engagement and knowledge sharing.

Lead development of detailed technical documentation and BIM models for healthcare facilities. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure accurate, code-compliant construction documents, perform clash detection and quality assurance, and maintain regulatory compliance while proposing process improvements and staying current with healthcare detailing best practices.
