Lead and manage environmental, health, and safety programs across offshore and onshore operations. Ensure regulatory compliance, perform inspections and risk assessments, investigate incidents with root cause analysis, develop emergency response and training, manage environmental compliance (waste, spills, hazardous materials), monitor safety metrics, and partner with operations and regulators to drive continuous safety and environmental improvement.

Lead and direct all boat manufacturing operations to meet production targets, quality, safety, and cost goals. Manage supervisors and workforce, set schedules and KPIs, drive continuous improvement, collaborate cross-functionally, and oversee staffing, budgeting, and facility initiatives.

Perform open- and closed-mold fiberglass lamination to build boat parts: measure and cut materials, mix resins, apply and roll fiberglass, install hardware, use gauges, maintain quality and safety, and keep workspace clean.
