Lead front-end architecture and development, deliver high-quality user experiences, adopt pragmatic AI-assisted workflows, mentor engineers, make technical decisions, and ship production-grade React/TypeScript applications in a fast-moving startup.

Manage full post-sales lifecycle for enterprise property management accounts (200+ units), drive adoption and revenue expansion, own retention and account health, run quarterly business reviews and success plans, surface customer feedback and product opportunities, and coordinate onboarding/implementation across multi-site portfolios. Some travel required.
