Coordinate and oversee daily payment operations (ACH, wires, exceptions, Treasury Management), manage queues and staff coverage, perform quality reviews, train and escalate issues, support reporting, risk/compliance, vendor collaboration, and audit responses.

Lead day-to-day payment operations team performing ACH, wire, item exception, and Treasury Management processing. Coordinate workflows, quality reviews, training, escalations, vendor/internal partnerships, reporting, and compliance.
