Greet customers, assist them in selecting vehicles from inventory, demonstrate vehicle features, inspect lot vehicles, build relationships for repeat/referral business, and meet monthly sales goals. Full-time role requiring some weekends.

Lead and manage Ford new and used sales operations, driving volume, gross, inventory health, and sales effectiveness. Recruit, train, and hold managers and sales staff accountable; improve CRM/lead processes, pricing, merchandising, and KPI-driven performance. Coordinate with finance, service, parts, marketing, and leadership to optimize departmental profitability and customer experience.
