Provides advanced technical support for software products, including deployments, configurations, troubleshooting, patches, workshops, and proof-of-concept support. Advises customers on integrations, dashboards, reports, authentication systems, scripts, and monitoring configurations. Collaborates with sales, solution architects, and software development teams; manages escalations through resolution; mentors colleagues; and maintains expertise in relevant IT technologies.

Build and enhance production backend services and APIs, contribute to cloud-hosted applications, write unit and integration tests, work with relational and NoSQL databases, participate in code reviews, collaborate cross-functionally, and debug issues to improve system stability. The three-month hybrid internship offers mentorship and increasing ownership of backend modules and services.

Learns Park Place Technologies’ offerings and sales processes while generating qualified leads through cold calls, email, social media, and targeted prospecting. Builds prospect lists, identifies decision-makers, crafts outbound messaging, schedules discovery calls, uses CRM and sales engagement tools, and participates in daily training. Maintains organizational skills and meets defined performance metrics while preparing for advancement to Business Development Representative.
