Teams at Park Place Care Center

Coordinates nursing home resident assessments, MDS data submission, care plan updates, interdisciplinary meetings, documentation reviews, regulatory compliance, quality reporting, and ancillary service reporting. Requires a current nursing license, geriatric nursing experience, strong assessment and documentation skills, knowledge of nursing home regulations, and effective communication and organizational abilities.
