Leads nursing staff and coordinates resident care in a clinical setting. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, implementing care plans, transcribing physician orders, completing assessments and documentation, participating in shift reports, educating support staff, maintaining safety and infection-control standards, and addressing staffing needs. Requires an RN or LVN license in good standing, strong assessment and documentation skills, effective communication, organization, emergency response, and attention to detail.
