Supervises and supports children ages 5–12 in clubhouse, camp, nature, adventure, and youth programs. Plans age-appropriate activities, promotes participant safety and development, resolves conflicts, communicates with families and staff, maintains attendance and program records, assists with emergency procedures, manages supplies, and helps set up and clean program spaces. The role includes indoor and outdoor work, occasional evening and weekend programs, and hands-on interaction with children.

Supervises and grows ice arena hockey programs, including camps, leagues, clinics, and special events. Responsibilities include recruiting and evaluating staff and coaches, managing budgets, registration, equipment inventory, purchasing, safety, customer feedback, and program reporting. The role coordinates facility operations, community partnerships, marketing support, and compliance with USA Hockey requirements. Evening and weekend availability is required, along with occasional on-call responsibilities.
