Processes, reviews, codes, approves, and pays invoices; maintains vendor, P-Card, capital asset, accrual, and prepayment records; reconciles discrepancies; responds to vendor and management inquiries; supports audits, financial reporting, accounts receivable coverage, and special projects.

Manages the Park District’s IT service experience, including its managed service provider, helpdesk performance, technology vendors, infrastructure improvements, and user communications. Oversees technology projects, budgets, standards, purchasing, physical technology, audio/video systems, and IT security policies. Supervises two employees, coordinates contractors, supports software and technology adoption, and communicates with executives and stakeholders. This is a non-technical role focused on service coordination, project execution, vendor accountability, and user satisfaction.

Manage daily operations and staff at the Deer Creek Racquet Club, including scheduling, membership and registration administration, budgeting, inventory and POS oversight, staff hiring/training and customer service. Serve as manager on duty, handle emergencies and produce operational and financial reports while coordinating marketing and facility maintenance tasks.
