Leads district-wide marketing strategy, brand management, communications, sponsorships, fundraising support, and community outreach. Develops and evaluates marketing plans across web, social, email, and print; tracks KPIs tied to participation and revenue; manages corporate partnerships; coordinates foundation events; creates donor and promotional materials; and supervises, develops, and evaluates marketing staff.

Manages the Park District’s IT service experience, including its managed service provider, helpdesk performance, technology vendors, infrastructure improvements, and user communications. Oversees technology projects, budgets, standards, purchasing, physical technology, audio/video systems, and IT security policies. Supervises two employees, coordinates contractors, supports software and technology adoption, and communicates with executives and stakeholders. This is a non-technical role focused on service coordination, project execution, vendor accountability, and user satisfaction.

Coordinates and supervises a year-round gymnastics program, including curriculum development, class scheduling, instruction, staffing, employee hiring and training, participant communication, events, equipment safety inspections, registration, reporting, and budget support. The role teaches all class levels, including competitive gymnastics, manages emergencies and incident reports, promotes programs with marketing staff, and serves as manager on duty when needed.
