Oversee all city financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, cash and investment management, financial reporting, asset inventory, and internal controls. Supervise six finance staff, prepare the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report per GAAP/GASB, coordinate audits and reconciliations, manage budgeting and purchase/order compliance, and serve as internal financial consultant across departments.

Leads and performs semi-skilled parks maintenance including landscaping, mowing, irrigation, equipment operation, field and cemetery care, snow removal, pesticide/fertilizer application, staff training, equipment maintenance, and safety compliance.
