Directs the City's finance and accounting operations, including accounts payable, payroll, receivables, cash and investments, reporting, budgeting, purchasing compliance, asset inventory, and financial systems. Supervises six employees, develops internal controls and policies, prepares the annual comprehensive financial report, coordinates audits, advises City departments, and ensures compliance with governmental accounting standards and applicable laws.

Operates the ice hockey game clock, tracks penalties and scoring, prepares score sheets, records game statistics, and verifies player rosters and jersey numbers. Ensures games remain timely and only eligible rostered players participate. Requires hockey knowledge and experience, with customer service and scorekeeping experience preferred. The role involves monitoring games while seated, communicating clearly, and working occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
