Lead alliance-led business development and go-to-market for cloud, data, and AI in Dallas. Build partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline with AWS/Azure/GCP/Databricks/Anthropic, grow strategic accounts, sponsor high-impact engagements, and mentor senior staff. Execute co-sell plays, joint account planning, partner enablement, and leverage partner programs to accelerate deals while partnering with delivery teams to ensure quality outcomes and business impact.

Lead advisory engagements driving organizational change, operating model, and process improvements. Manage small teams, own workstreams from framing to delivery, design workshops, develop change strategies, present to senior stakeholders, coach consultants, and contribute to Advisory methods and thought leadership.
