Lead advisory engagements driving organizational change, operating model, and process improvements. Manage small teams, own workstreams from framing to delivery, design workshops, develop change strategies, present to senior stakeholders, coach consultants, and contribute to Advisory methods and thought leadership.

Partner with client teams to deliver organizational design, change enablement, AI transformation, process optimization, and technology assessments. Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and create executive presentations. Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations, contribute to advisory frameworks, and collaborate within small teams while mentoring and driving client initiatives forward.

The Engineering Manager will oversee project delivery, manage technical teams, mentor junior staff, and drive cloud-based solutions for clients, focusing on the software development life cycle and agile practices.
