Leads and grows Pariveda’s Toronto consulting practice by developing C-suite relationships, generating and expanding client accounts, overseeing sales and delivery, managing the office portfolio and P&L, and recruiting and developing consulting leaders. The role combines advisory services, business development, project oversight, resource allocation, quality assurance, succession planning, and financial management while supporting the firm’s mission and culture.

Leads day-to-day HR operations and compliance programs, including policy updates, annual compliance activities, employee agreements, offboarding, regulatory filings, and HR process improvements. Partners with Legal and organizational leaders to interpret labor requirements, manage cross-functional projects, analyze operational data, maintain HR systems, and reduce risk. The role also coaches HR coordinators, oversees specialized HR processes, and supports a compliant, accurate, employee-focused experience.

Design, develop, and deliver enterprise applications for Fortune 500 clients. Lead small engineering teams, mentor junior developers, manage projects across the software development lifecycle, gather requirements, architect solutions, code, test, and deliver products. Collaborate with clients, present technical solutions, use cloud and modern software technologies, and apply AI strategically. The role operates in a hybrid model and emphasizes consulting, continuous learning, and technical leadership.
