Owns full-lifecycle recruiting across multiple business functions, from intake, sourcing, screening, and interviews through offer negotiation and onboarding handoff. The role requires strong sourcing, assessment, stakeholder management, organization, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.

Manage and expand national and regional broker and agency partnerships to drive growth and retention. Plan and execute regional/national events, training, and account reviews. Use market and internal data to develop go-to-market and local strategies, track KPIs and partnership scorecards, and support SVPs/RVPs on initiatives like opening new offices.
