As a Lead Data Analyst, you will analyze healthcare data, design methodologies, and communicate insights to stakeholders without managing others.

Manage and grow client accounts by assessing insurance needs, preparing and presenting quotes, collaborating with underwriters, maintaining accurate records, meeting sales targets, and identifying cross-sell opportunities while staying current on industry trends and compliance.

Provide Tier 1/2 support and administer Windows and macOS environments, MDM, Microsoft 365, SaaS apps, IAM/SSO/MFA, endpoint security, and cloud tooling. Maintain documentation, manage device/user lifecycles, support AI tools, and assist with licensing, vendor coordination, and occasional on-call emergency support.
