The Vice President of Account Management will lead account strategy, foster client relationships, manage KPIs, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive business growth.

Lead and scale ParetoHealth's product organization, define product strategy and operating models, prioritize platform investments, and partner with Analytics and Engineering to deliver automated underwriting, unified customer experiences, and data-driven analytics that drive customer and business value.

Manage and expand national and regional broker and agency partnerships to drive growth and retention. Plan and execute regional/national events, training, and account reviews. Use market and internal data to develop go-to-market and local strategies, track KPIs and partnership scorecards, and support SVPs/RVPs on initiatives like opening new offices.
