Serves as the primary HR partner for assigned Maryland health centers and departments. Responsibilities include workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations intake, benefits and leave support, compliance guidance, HR analytics, payroll auditing, and specialized people initiatives. The role requires extensive travel across Maryland, strong consultation and conflict-resolution skills, employment-law knowledge, and experience supporting multi-location teams.
