Teams at Paramount Staffing

Provide front-desk and kiosk applicant support, complete hiring paperwork (I-9, W-4), conduct screenings and orientations, manage weekly payroll input, maintain Avionte records, visit client sites, resolve client issues, coach employees, and cross-train across branch functions.

Oversee day-to-day on-site operations for Proman Staffing at a client location, managing temporary staff performance, records, payroll/timekeeping, safety compliance, customer relationships, and cost controls. Conduct hiring/training, document disciplinary actions, and coordinate with branch management to meet client needs and operational targets.

Assist applicants at kiosks, process applications and I-9/W-4 forms, conduct orientations and pre-employment screening, manage payroll input, maintain Avionte records, visit client sites, resolve client issues, and support staffing operations.
