Manage day-to-day on-site staffing operations, supervise temporary employees, handle payroll/timekeeping, enforce client and company policies, support hiring/training, ensure safety and client satisfaction.

Recruits and screens applicants, supports application and onboarding documentation, conducts orientations and testing, manages employee communications and dispatch, processes payroll inputs, maintains Avionte records, supports client relationships, and resolves staffing issues. The role also provides customer service, coaches employees, supports branch coverage, visits client sites, and may travel to other offices.

Supports staffing and recruiting operations by assisting applicants, processing hiring documents and payroll inputs, conducting screenings, leading orientations, managing employee and client communications, and coordinating dispatches. The role maintains accurate applicant and assignment data in Avionte, resolves client order issues, supports staffing coverage, coaches employees, and visits client sites to understand job assignments. Strong customer service, organization, multitasking, PC, and communication skills are required; Spanish-English bilingual ability may be needed.
