Serve as the office’s front desk representative: answer and route calls, greet visitors, maintain office and kitchen supplies, manage filing and ShareFile records, process virtual credit card transactions, coordinate internal events and lunches, and provide general administrative support to staff and management.

Respond to emergency calls, assess scenes and patients, provide basic life support (CPR, AED, airway management), control bleeding, splint fractures, transport and monitor patients, complete patient care reports, maintain ambulance and equipment, coordinate with other responders, participate in ongoing training and community outreach.

Lead end-to-end ambulance billing operations, ensure compliance with CMS/Medicare/Medicaid, manage denials and A/R, supervise billing/coding staff, optimize systems and ePCR integrations, and drive revenue performance improvements.
