Owns Tier 2 defect and release validation across SaaS, .NET, and SharePoint applications. Responsibilities include reproducing issues, validating fixes, performing manual and automated regression and smoke testing, managing defects, maintaining reusable test packs, documenting evidence and risks, and supporting release readiness. The role requires hands-on automation development and maintenance using tools such as Playwright and Selenium, plus coordination with stakeholders and support teams.

Leads business analysis across complex business and technology initiatives, eliciting and documenting requirements, modeling processes, identifying risks and impacts, and supporting solution design, testing, implementation, and UAT. Collaborates with stakeholders, project managers, product owners, developers, and architects; prepares leadership updates; and mentors junior analysts. The role requires translating business needs into actionable requirements within Agile and Waterfall delivery environments, preferably for public-sector or highly regulated organizations.

Develop and support enterprise .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web API, Blazor WebAssembly, and Entity Framework. Build RESTful services, write unit tests, debug production issues, integrate Azure authentication solutions, and deliver secure, accessible AODA-compliant applications. Collaborate with developers, QA, architects, and business stakeholders throughout Agile delivery and release cycles.
