Teams at Paralucent

Develop and support custom .NET and SharePoint applications in a production environment. Own Tier 2 incident fixes, investigate defects, implement enhancements, build integrations and APIs, support releases, and improve monitoring and documentation. Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and support teams while using secure SDLC practices, ITSM tools, Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, and GitHub Copilot.

Supports enterprise business and technology initiatives using SAP Finance expertise. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing finance processes, translating business needs into functional specifications, facilitating stakeholder workshops, supporting solution design, testing and UAT, identifying process gaps, resolving issues, and maintaining project documentation. Requires strong collaboration with business, SAP, and technical teams across distributed international locations, with regular availability through 3:00 PM EST.

Lead the end-to-end design, development, deployment, and support of UiPath automations. Administer Orchestrator, manage production incidents, establish development standards, conduct code reviews, and maintain runbooks. Mentor three offshore developers and coordinate continuous support across time zones. Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize automation opportunities and work during Eastern Time business hours.
