Lead the architecture and development of a multi-RAT Open RAN digital twin supporting LTE and 5G NR simulation. Integrate production MAC and scheduler software with PHY, channel, UE, traffic, mobility, interference, and network models. Build fidelity tiers, AI/ML evaluation pipelines, reproducible experiments, calibration and validation practices, automated testing, and CI/CD workflows. Improve simulation scalability and reliability while collaborating across wireless, PHY, AI/ML, software, and lab-validation teams.

Develop and maintain automated tests for 4G/5G communication systems, support debugging and system validation, improve automation frameworks and CI workflows, run laboratory tests, troubleshoot issues, and analyze system behavior while collaborating with senior engineers.

Research and develop machine-learning-based physical-layer algorithms for 5G and future wireless products. Design, train, optimize, and benchmark neural networks for channel estimation, signal detection, beamforming, and decoding, targeting real-time embedded deployment. Responsibilities span research, simulation, Python/PyTorch/TensorFlow and MATLAB prototyping, specification, implementation support, integration, and customer release. The role evaluates ML approaches against traditional DSP methods for accuracy, latency, computational cost, and system performance.
