Define success metrics tied to commercial impact, build dashboards linking metrics to the sold economic case, partner with Deployed Engineering on strategic deployments, create reference architectures, run an operating cadence to convert realized ROI into renewals and expansion, and feed product with usage signals and friction patterns.

Provide product-focused privacy and data protection counsel across the lifecycle. Own the privacy program (policies, DPAs, data mapping), ensure GDPR/CCPA and state law compliance, advise on data collection/retention/consent and privacy-by-design, negotiate DPAs and data licensing, and build templates, playbooks, and self-service tools to scale privacy work.

Manage technical marketing for Parallel's APIs, create content and collateral, and support product launches targeting developers and businesses.
