Own technical product enablement for go-to-market teams by building product bootcamps, technical training, demos, evaluation templates, and reusable collateral. Partner with engineering, marketing, and deployed engineering to translate product capabilities and customer learnings into scalable resources. Spend approximately 80% of time on enablement and 20% supporting live deals. Explain complex technical products clearly, write code, understand customer challenges, and help sales teams succeed.

Join Parallel’s deployed engineering team to work directly with customers, understand their products and use cases, maximize adoption of Parallel’s API, and help customers scale successfully. This hands-on, customer-facing engineering role requires deep API expertise, strong customer partnership, and ownership of real-world customer outcomes. The position is fully in-person between the Palo Alto headquarters and San Francisco office.

Lead Parallel’s AI-native sales team while carrying an individual pipeline, running discovery, and closing technical buyer cycles. Build sales playbooks, improve rep ramp and coaching, recruit talent, support segmentation, and scale the team. Own pipeline coverage, ramp time, and win rates while selling to companies building with AI agents and LLMs.
