Develop and test embedded software for autonomous rail vehicles using bare-metal and RTOS-based systems. Implement communication protocols, state machines, and command/control functions primarily in Rust. Integrate and debug hardware-software interfaces, write unit and integration tests on hardware test stands, and contribute to code reviews, documentation, and engineering improvements.

Design, build, and operate scalable MLOps infrastructure for data ingestion, distributed training, deployment, CI/CD, experiment tracking, and monitoring across cloud R&D and production. Collaborate with ML, autonomy, robotics, and software teams to deliver architecture, PoCs, and production-ready ML pipelines that support real-time, safety-critical systems.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional execution across hardware, firmware, and software for autonomous rail vehicles. Maintain the integrated master schedule, track milestones and risks, drive resolution of blockers, align requirements across teams, facilitate planning and reporting, and support vehicle and software integration and releases to ensure on-time delivery.
