Teams at Parallel ENT & Allergy

Provide medical care under physician supervision including histories, physical exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, prescribing, assisting in surgery, patient education, and follow-up. Manage in-office procedures, documentation, electronic in-basket messages, and take weekday/weekend/holiday call. May travel between in-state clinics.

Manage medical billing processes including calculating and collecting payments, sending invoices, monitoring outstanding balances, and researching denied claims. Support timely account resolution and perform other billing-related duties within a specialty clinic environment.

Greet patients, capture and document demographic information, collect copays/balances, and schedule follow-up appointments while delivering friendly, detail-oriented customer service at the front desk.
