Teams at Parallel ENT & Allergy

Provides supervised medical care, including patient evaluations, histories, physical exams, diagnoses, treatment plans, procedures, prescriptions, pre- and post-operative care, patient education, follow-up, documentation, and electronic inbox management. Assists physicians in clinic, handles patient inquiries and test results, and participates in weekday, weekend, and holiday call coverage. In-state travel between clinics may be required.

Welcomes patients, records demographic information, collects copayments and balances, and schedules follow-up appointments. The role requires strong customer service, communication, computer, organization, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced healthcare practice. A high school diploma or GED is required; one year of patient-facing customer service is preferred but not required. The position follows a Monday through Friday schedule without weekends.
