Own part of the product roadmap for an AI-native healthcare platform, from customer discovery through delivery and iteration. Work directly with hospital stakeholders to understand workflows, translate needs into product specifications, prioritize features, partner with engineering, define success metrics, and incorporate sales and operations insights. The role requires hands-on ownership in a founding startup environment, with a focus on reducing hospital administrative burden and improving operational and revenue outcomes.

Manage a portfolio of healthcare client accounts, drive product adoption, answer customer questions, resolve straightforward support issues, and maintain relationships with technical and executive stakeholders. Track KPIs and satisfaction metrics, report to leadership, and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities while preventing relationship-driven churn. The role requires autonomy, strong communication, organization, ownership, and comfort working with data.

Lead end-to-end technical deployments of Parallel’s AI, RPA, and computer-use platform across healthcare facilities. Assess client IT infrastructure, adapt the platform to interfaces, integrations, security, networks, and on-premises environments, and resolve technical blockers hands-on. Support change management, stabilize deployments, develop deployment standards, and serve as the technical interface between clients and the product team.
