The role requires construction industry knowledge, customer service and communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and travel for training or support at other locations.

Builds long-term customer relationships while selling and renting construction and industrial equipment. Responsibilities include generating leads, managing quotes, explaining financing, closing sales, overcoming objections, meeting targets, maintaining customer records, forecasting, and supporting territory growth. The role requires strong communication, organization, equipment knowledge, computer skills, occasional travel, and a clean driving record.

Manages commercial credit and collections, including customer credit evaluation, limits, payment terms, accounts receivable, delinquency resolution, lien and bond rights, credit risk controls, and reporting. Leads credit and collections personnel, partners with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal, oversees collection escalations, negotiates payment arrangements, and protects receivables and rental assets.
