Manages heavy equipment rental and sales opportunities within an assigned territory. Builds customer relationships, identifies equipment needs, provides product guidance, prepares quotes and contracts, manages CRM records, resolves concerns, and supports customer satisfaction. Requires construction industry and equipment knowledge, outside sales ability, valid driver’s license, strong communication, and willingness to travel for training or support at other locations.

Sell and rent construction and industrial equipment by building customer relationships, generating leads, managing quotes, explaining financing, overcoming objections, and closing deals. The role requires meeting sales targets, maintaining equipment and industry knowledge, supporting forecasting, completing paperwork accurately, and representing the company professionally. Occasional travel for training and company meetings may be required.

Oversee day-to-day IT and business systems to ensure performance, security, and reliability. Develop and manage business intelligence solutions, produce reports using office applications, analyze business requirements, document designs and user manuals, recommend process improvements, and collaborate with teams to streamline operations and boost efficiency.
