Build and ship end-to-end product solutions across Paraform’s recruiting marketplace, AI matching systems, and recruiting operating system. The role involves identifying high-impact problems, designing solutions, developing across the stack, improving recruiter and company experiences, and owning business outcomes including revenue, retention, and marketplace growth.

Lead and grow the AI Platform engineering team while remaining hands-on in production machine learning. Own matching, ranking, retrieval, personalization, agentic workflows, trust and safety, evaluation, and model quality, cost, and latency. Hire and coach engineers, set technical direction, translate business goals into roadmaps, and ship systems that improve recruiting outcomes. The role requires production ML or LLM experience, strong evaluation and data skills, technical leadership, and weekly coding involvement.

Build Paraform’s VC, accelerator, and private equity partnership channel from the ground up. Develop partnership programs, originate and close agreements, activate portfolio companies, manage relationship tracking, coordinate with Sales, Supply, and Marketing, and report on pipeline, activation, and revenue. The role requires an established investor ecosystem network, strong commercial judgment, partnership-building experience, and the ability to convert relationships into customer growth.
