Owns end-to-end U.S. payroll for a multistate employee population using Rippling. Responsibilities include validating payroll inputs, processing corrections, reconciling payroll and general ledger accounts, managing payroll taxes and year-end reporting, resolving employee inquiries, maintaining audit documentation, supporting compliance reviews, improving controls and processes, and training backup personnel.

Lead the strategy, implementation, integration, governance, security, and optimization of enterprise business systems across finance, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, HR, and operations. Partner with executives to align the systems roadmap with company growth, improve processes through automation, maintain regulatory compliance and audit readiness, oversee vendors, and build a business systems team.

Own the mechanical architecture and detailed design of an implantable medical device transceiver. Develop requirements, verification methods, fixtures, test protocols, manufacturing processes, and design-control documentation. Troubleshoot reliability and production issues through root-cause analysis and testing, while collaborating with manufacturing, quality, regulatory, reliability teams, and suppliers to mature the product from concept through manufacturing readiness.

Provides first-line IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, administering user accounts and access, provisioning devices, managing Microsoft Intune, maintaining IT asset inventory, supporting onboarding and offboarding, updating DNS records, documenting procedures, and escalating complex issues. Supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Linux, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 users in an onsite Austin environment.
