Conducts 15-minute safety checks, documents observations in the EHR, administers medications according to protocol, maintains a clean environment, responds to client concerns, and escalates issues to clinical staff. Supports quiet hours, sleep routines, wake-up calls, and morning transitions while maintaining professional boundaries.
