Sources and engages active and passive candidates for current and anticipated openings. Maintains candidate pipelines, uses Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards, and VMS platforms, drafts and posts job descriptions, updates records, communicates with candidates, and supports interview scheduling. The role may expand into resume review, screening, phone interviews, and candidate management as experience grows.

Own product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, prioritization, releases, and performance metrics for SaaS software products. Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, UX/UI designers, engineering, sales, marketing, and finance to develop, launch, and improve digital products. Conduct market and competitor research, balance business and technical priorities, support go-to-market activities, demonstrate product capabilities, and identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve customer experience, or reduce costs.

Reviews and evaluates claim forms and supporting documentation for product liability, class action, and mass tort matters. Identifies discrepancies, applies legal judgment, responds to claimants and counsel by phone and in writing, and collaborates with attorneys and project managers. Maintains accuracy, confidentiality, professionalism, and strong client service while resolving claim-related issues.
