Develop software solutions and implement IT and business process initiatives for customer organizations. Responsibilities may include developing with .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL Server, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, web services, WCF, and related Microsoft technologies. The role requires applying Agile methods, supporting stakeholder communication, and working onsite with customers in Winnipeg or Regina.

Collects, cleans, analyzes, and visualizes data to support business decisions. Builds reports, dashboards, KPI tracking, and databases; interprets trends and risks; gathers data requirements; monitors data quality; supports testing and process improvement; and partners with technical, project, and business teams to deliver accurate analytics outcomes.

Business Analysts will lead requirements gathering, workshops, process analysis, stakeholder collaboration, solution recommendations, quality assurance, reporting, and organizational readiness activities. The role serves as a liaison between business and technical teams, supports project delivery, documents current and future-state workflows, identifies risks and opportunities, and helps clients improve business processes and information technology investments. The position is onsite with customers in Winnipeg.
