Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close per US GAAP. Own journal entries, reconciliations, inventory accounting, product costing, and financial reporting. Reconcile NetSuite with warehouses/3PLs, resolve system/data issues, support audits/tax/cash management, and partner with Supply Chain, Commercial, and FP&A to improve margin accuracy. Manage and develop a small accounting team and enhance accounting processes and NetSuite transaction flows.

As a Staff Accountant, you will support the accounting function, manage ledgers, assist in financial reporting, and improve workflows to enhance financial processes.

Lead Parachute's product design vision across bedding, bath, decor, loungewear and lifestyle categories. Drive concept ideation to execution, translate consumer insights into commercially viable products, oversee textile and fabrication development, partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Sourcing, Brand & Creative, and present strategy to executive leadership. Build and mentor a high-performing design team and establish creative processes that balance innovation with operational rigor.
