Own and expand relationships with major enterprise customers by leading complex renewals, negotiating agreements, driving retention, and closing upsell opportunities. Serve as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders on loyalty, marketing, and customer engagement solutions. Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance while using customer data, usage trends, and market intelligence to inform account strategy and growth.

Supports technical account ownership for restaurant technology customers by managing integrations, documenting technical environments, leading readiness and quality processes, coordinating escalations with Product and Engineering, and contributing to QBRs and expansion opportunities. Partners with customer architects, IT teams, operations stakeholders, CSMs, Support, Sales, and engineers to ensure scalable, secure, observable, and supportable solutions.

Develop and maintain high-quality C# and .NET payment software for ParPay. Responsibilities include understanding technical requirements, writing extensible code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting design and code reviews, debugging, applying software development best practices, and supporting reliable customer-focused deliveries. The role also involves working with relational databases, RESTful APIs, testing practices, and agile development methods.
