Leads PAR Technology’s Hardware Product Management organization and owns the Drive-Thru product portfolio. Defines product strategy, roadmaps, market positioning, and business performance while managing Product Managers. Partners with Engineering, Project Management, manufacturing, and commercial teams to deliver connected hardware and software-enabled solutions from concept through launch and sustainment. Oversees customer research, product requirements, financial performance, go-to-market execution, team development, and portfolio growth.

Leads end-to-end restaurant technology implementations and scoped enhancements for customer brands. Manages project plans, timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, resources, testing, launches, and post-launch validation. Serves as the primary customer delivery contact while coordinating Customer Success, Product, Engineering, technical account managers, and partners. Supports requirements, UAT, integrations, change requests, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement across SaaS delivery projects.

Lead complex enterprise restaurant technology onboarding engagements from kickoff through go-live and hypercare. Own implementation plans, timelines, risks, integrations, menu configuration, channel validation, stakeholder communication, and customer relationships. Partner with Product and Engineering on dependencies, improve onboarding processes and documentation, use AI tools to streamline planning and reporting, and mentor onboarding professionals. The role focuses on digital ordering implementations across first-party and third-party channels for multi-location restaurant customers.
