Own pricing and price book updates, pricing addendums, SKU lifecycle management, tariff issues, and product-data accuracy. Investigate discrepancies across Salesforce and ERP systems, validate quote and product information, coordinate with Finance, Legal, IT, Product, and eCommerce, and track issues through resolution. Provide backup CPQ and quoting support, maintain reporting artifacts, and escalate systemic issues with clear recommendations.

Own retailer onboarding and weekly scan-data submission health, serve as primary contact for retailers and CPG partners (Altria, RJR), publish weekly health dashboards, coordinate engineering and customer success, route and track issues to closure, and enforce ticket-based workflows.

Configure, optimize, and govern Salesforce Experience Cloud portals: manage user access, security, branding, integrations with Service Cloud, performance monitoring, releases, and platform maintenance while partnering with product, development, QA, and stakeholders to deliver secure self-service experiences.
