Processes high-volume accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice verification, data entry, billing, payment recording, reconciliations, aging follow-up, audit documentation, and month-end and year-end close support. The role maintains complete records, identifies discrepancies and unallocated payments, communicates with vendors and clients, follows approval controls, and escalates unusual or potentially fraudulent activity.

Supports shuttle safety and welcomes Indigenous users experiencing homelessness. Registers, informs, and refers passengers to community resources while building trusting relationships. Works with the shuttle driver, program manager, and external partners, assists during on-call trips, and maintains shuttle cleanliness and sanitation. Requires commitment to Indigenous reconciliation, social justice, empathy, problem-solving, and effective communication, including English proficiency.

Provides safety and support aboard an Indigenous community shuttle serving people experiencing homelessness. Assists cooks with ingredient preparation, meal assembly, portioning, and food service. Cleans and sanitizes kitchen surfaces, equipment, dishes, and utensils; receives, labels, and stores food supplies; and follows food hygiene and safety standards. The role supports an organized, safe, respectful kitchen environment serving an Indigenous community. French and English fluency, reliability, teamwork, inclusiveness, and sensitivity to poverty, homelessness, mental health, and substance-use realities are required.

Assists cooks with ingredient preparation, meal assembly, portioning, food service, cleaning, sanitation, dishwashing, equipment maintenance, and food receiving and storage. The role supports a safe, organized kitchen and respectful, culturally appropriate meal service for the PAQ community. Reliability, teamwork, punctuality, inclusiveness, and sensitivity to poverty, homelessness, mental health, and substance use are essential. Fluency in French and English is required; an Indigenous language is an asset.
