Build, enhance, and deploy reliable software products and features across the full development lifecycle. The role champions engineering quality, performance, uptime, scalability, and continuous improvement while collaborating across the Product Development team. It also involves developing strong knowledge of PaperCut’s products, technologies, and systems and supporting smooth delivery for product engineering teams.

Partners with approximately 30 managers and leads to provide strategic HR guidance, leadership coaching, employee relations support, and change management. The role advises on performance, team structures, capability development, organizational change, stakeholder communications, and complex employment matters. It also uses employee insights and pulse feedback to improve workplace experiences and align decisions with company values. This is a 12-month maternity leave contract that may be full- or part-time depending on experience.

Drive inbound and outbound SaaS sales by converting marketing-qualified leads, presenting cloud products, closing new business, upselling existing customers, and supporting renewals. The role also involves partner funnel meetings, collaboration with Partner Managers, and staying current on product updates through training.
