The Program Designer will develop and oversee educational programs, ensuring alignment with customer needs, managing project plans, and leading onboarding for the GROW tutoring program.

Lead end-to-end accounting: own close process, general ledger, financial statements, audits, tax coordination, ASC 606 revenue recognition, NetSuite optimization, controls, SOPs, and grow the accounting team in a high-growth environment.

Lead in-person implementation and trainings for Paper's GROW tutoring program, coordinate onsite logistics, onboard and support students and educators, build relationships with district staff, and expand district engagement through hands-on facilitation and resources.
