Provides executive leadership for transportation infrastructure design delivery, overseeing project management teams, consultant coordination, client relationships, business development, financial performance, and technical quality. The role focuses on DOT and municipal projects, strategic growth, team development, contract acquisition, project budgets, and representing the firm with industry and civic organizations.

Leads complex traffic engineering projects from planning through delivery, managing scope, budgets, schedules, quality, profitability, client relationships, multidisciplinary teams, and business development. Oversees traffic impact, operational, safety, corridor, signal, signing, pavement marking, traffic control, and multimodal analyses and designs. Provides technical review, QA/QC, mentoring, resource allocation, risk management, and coordination with roadway, drainage, structures, operations, and planning disciplines.

Manages fiber-optic and telecommunications design projects from planning through delivery. Coordinates OSP, GIS, surveying, civil engineering, and consultant teams while controlling scope, schedules, budgets, resources, quality, documentation, permits, and risks. Maintains client relationships, supports proposals and estimates, monitors financials and invoicing, and mentors project team members.
