Support planning, design, analysis, and delivery of residential land development projects. Prepare grading, drainage, and utility designs; produce calculations, reports, drawings, and permits; coordinate with stakeholders; mentor junior staff; perform QA/QC and manage assigned tasks to meet project deadlines under a licensed PEs guidance.

Lead project design and client communication for commercial development projects, mentoring a team of engineers and managing project tasks and schedules.

Provide senior leadership for planning, design, and delivery of complex public works engineering projects. Oversee multiple teams, ensure scope/schedule/budget/quality, mentor managers, support business development, approve proposals, and represent the company to clients and stakeholders.
